Pricing
Pricing
- Pricing is per tile.
Order extra for overage cutting. Add 5% to 10% to the number of tiles your floor measures. 5% is the minimum, and suits a simple rectangular room. Work toward 10% the more corners, columns, doorways and irregular edges there are to cut around — every cut leaves an offcut that cannot be used elsewhere.
- 100 tiles on a simple floor → order 105
- 100 tiles on a complicated floor → order 110
Tiles are sold individually, so the overage is whatever the layout needs — there is no box quantity to round up to.
Technical Specs
Technical Specs
24" x 24" — the size sold on this page
- 4 sq. ft. per tile
- Effective coverage once interlocked: 3.75 sq. ft.
38" x 38" — larger format, available on enquiry
- 10 sq. ft. per tile
- Effective coverage once interlocked: 9.51 sq. ft.
Use the effective figure to work out how many tiles a floor needs: the interlocking teeth overlap, so a tile covers less than its own footprint once it is joined to its neighbours.
