Order Pickup & Storage Policy

At Zeus Fitness, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process. To ensure we maintain sufficient space for all customers, the following policies apply to pickup and delivery orders:

Order Pickup Timeline

• Orders designated for pickup must be collected within 30 days of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
• Orders that remain uncollected beyond 30 days will be subject to storage fees.

Storage Fees & Volume-Based Charges

• A storage fee of $10 per day will apply to any order not picked up within 30 days.
• Once an order remains in storage for a full month, a flat monthly rate of $195 will apply instead of the daily rate.
• Storage fees are based on a 5' x 5' x 8' volume. Orders requiring more space will be charged proportionally.
• If an order is not picked up within 90 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a partial refund or restocking fee at our discretion.

Delivery Orders & Storage Fees

• Customers who have been contacted for delivery scheduling will be provided with a final pickup deadline and a date when storage fees will commence if the order is not delivered or picked up. For custom orders that are not processed through our online platform this is typically calculated based on invoice due date and aligns with when items will be ready for delivery. 

Special Arrangements

• If you require additional time beyond 30 days, please contact us in advance to discuss extended hold options.
